Welcome to the small studio for big dreams...take a class, workshop or join us for an event soon!
When arriving at the 1400 Building, drive through the open gates (which never close) and park in the back area. You will enter the building at the back entrance up the ramp. If the door is not open, please press the doorbell and someone will be out to get you shortly. Studio B1 is to your left.
Every class on our schedule welcomes individuals from the community.
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and complete the studio waiver before your first class.
We continually introduce new classes, so if you don’t find what you’re looking for, reach out to us—we’re eager to explore new ideas!
Taking classes does not mean you ever have to perform - it's just an option available if you are interested.
Our NEW schedule launches 01.01.2025!

OUR GROWING LIST OF EDUCATORS
Anna Maria Terlinden Rogers, MA
Dance, Movement, Group Work
After studying various techniques for teaching adults of all levels, Anna is opening her studio with more knowledge and insight than ever, so that all bodies can take a spot on the dance floor and connect. Her only focus is on adults, emphasizing women who have always wanted to dance and never had the chance to or who used to dance when they were kids and miss it terribly. She wants you to know you can find your place on the dancefloor, even inside a bigger body and she honors every person who takes the risk to walk into a dance studio...even if it's not this one! No matter where you find your dance home, hopefully, you'll find people who are ready, welcoming, and deeply glad you showed up.
